Nicole Caldwell, M.A., LPC, NCC is a licensed mental health therapist and psychotherapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults improve their mental health through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and provides comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
Nicole specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, OCD, mood disorders, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, and self-esteem concerns. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
In addition to therapy services, Nicole provides professionally completed Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and letters, Psychiatric Service Animal (PSA) evaluations and documentation when clinically appropriate, and mental health documentation for workplace accommodations, school and university accommodations, disability-related accommodation requests, and other clinical letters supporting mental health needs.
