Insurance Verification

Insurance eligibility and benefits are verified securely through Headway during the scheduling process. Before your first appointment, Headway will:

• Verify your insurance coverage

• Confirm your eligibility and in-network benefits

• Estimate your copay, coinsurance, deductible, and expected out-of-pocket costs

• Help you understand your financial responsibility before your first appointment

Self-Pay

• Initial Diagnostic Assessment — $200

• Individual Therapy (53–60 Minutes) — $150

• Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluation — $149

The ESA evaluation fee includes a comprehensive clinical assessment to determine whether an Emotional Support Animal is clinically appropriate. If appropriate based on the evaluation, professional ESA documentation will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
